Our Management Staff

Cesar Castro holds a degree in Horticulture and Agronomy from the “Universidad Agraria La Molina Lima” (in Peru) and certificates from UA in their “Smart-scape Program for Landscapers.”

Bill Glover is our Business Development Manager, helps guide our present and our future, and loves to find creative solutions to challenging problems (ours and yours!). MBA degree.

Bobby May is the Manager of Maintenance Services and brings twenty years of experience in the field and a college background.

All management employees participate in continuing education programs as members of the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA) for professionals, and those held by the PIMA County Extension Agency, and others.
